ADVANCED PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Cost:  $45.00 + HST/30 minutes

Classes are held virtually.  In-person classes may be arranged if requested, depending on your location.

KIDS, CAMERA, ACTING offers regular, weekly private coaching sessions for those who are looking to excel in the industry.  Through advanced study and training, gain the confidence you need to continue to grow as an actor and develop your skill set.  When the opportunities come your way, make sure you are ready for them!

FOCUSED, INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION will explore how to navigate through the sides and breakdown, when approaching your AUDITIONS and make strong choices that will showcase your acting skills.  Discover techniques to grab their attention and make your abilities stand out!  Upon request, coaching can include Self-Tape guidance and acting as the READER for recording your submissions.

ADVANCED STUDIES will also cover accent work, text analysis and interpretation of material, with a focus on how to create connected and grounded performances that will help you expand your versatility and range.

Enhance your knowledge of VOICEOVER WORK, AUDITIONING, SCENE STUDY, CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT and PERFORMANCE TECHNIQUES, improving your chances of callbacks and bookings.  Classes will prioritize coaching for ongoing audition/self-tape preparation.

INTRODUCTION TO ACTING

Cost:  $240.00 + HST 
6 - class session - 30 minutes/class

CLASS TIMES WILL BE SET WITH THE INSTRUCTOR UPON REGISTRATION

* Refunds will not be issued once classes are underway.

KIDS, CAMERA, ACTING's INTRODUCTION TO ACTING sessions will span 6 classes of individual instruction, for those  new to performing.  We will introduce you to what acting is all about and show you how to create a foundation that will get you started on your acting journey!

Learn basic ACTING FUNDAMENTALS and the importance of CONNECTING TO EMOTIONS.  Develop the use of your creative imagination through improv games and begin to build your technique!

Students will work toward the preparation of a short, SELF-TAPE MONOLOGUE, receiving feedback on their performance.
